This unique Vintage French hand woven cane basket with lid has lovely details such as dark contrast band on top and sides, reinforced edges with tiny nails, and beautiful raspberry silk lining with buttoned top. Original string stays are in place on both sides. . Circa 1950.
Overall excellent condition, with very minimal wear and tear due to age.
