Milliat Frères was a French pasta and grocery manufacturer. Established in Lyon in 1929, but moved to Nanterre on the outskirts of Paris after their location was destroyed in WWII. They produced not only pasta, but also other foods such as desserts, flans and soups.
From our research this collection appears to have been produced for a promotional campaign or as corporate gifts specifically for the Milliat Frères company. Many of the pieces have marks that indicate they were made in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, an area of Northern France well known for porcelain.
