Beautiful hand made Péro long silk dress, featuring a gorgeous dot and floral design in navy blue on a cream background. High collar, and gathering detail on front with long ties that can be tied around the waist or left loose at the front. Beaded tassel details on ties and button fastening at back of neck. Adorable elastic gathered 3/4 length sleeves.
