Antique French Kohler brand chocolate box, advertising the 'Assortment Emeraude' or Emerald collection.
Inside handwritten label may indicate the box was from 1850, around 30 years after Kohler was established. The large size suggests the box may have been from an in-store display rather than a take-home gift box.
In good condition, some discolouration of paper, particularly on the top and and overall wear due to age. especially on the corners. See all images.
