Antique French 'Files de Lin' Cardboard Box. A lovely old box from Lille, France. The box originally held linen threads. Text reads ' Simple and twisted for shoemakers and saddlers'.
In good condition overall, paper covering the box has discoloured with age and has some small tears, and the staples at the sides have rusted, giving it a lovely worn look.
