Antique French Cane Basket - Deep Brown

This unique antique French hand woven cane basket with lid has lovely details such as leather straps and handles, decorative metal fastenings, and beautiful patina on the deep brown stained finish. Circa 1900.

Overall good condition, with wear and tear due to age, including damaged sections of leather, particularly on one broken hinge and missing top fastening. See photos for detail.
